Guusagi

Hi! My name is Olivia and I am 26 years old. Most people call me Guu online.

I am a nerdy blonde who's just so into anime and not into it at the same time: I love the art medium, the music, the culture and weeb talk, but I'm long done with actually watching anime.

I hope to become a freelance artist in the near future!

So where does Guusagi come from? I get asked this so much I might as well explain here lol

'Gu' - Long story short my old da username used to be gu-chan101, which was a sort of popular way of making usernames on this website at the time, especially since Vocaloid had started to become a huge phenomenon and it was cool to mix your favorite Vocaloid's name with chan I guess. My favorite Vocaloid was Gumi Megpoid, but 'gumi-chan' had already been taken in all possible forms so I decided to just add a number and shortening it to 'gu'

'Usagi' - Simply put usagi means rabbit/bunny in Japanese, I was tired of such a weird looking username (gu-chan101) plus it having to have numbers didn't feel unique or like an actual name. I also wanted to keep gu since it's what I react to as a nickname the most. Basically, I just wanted to find something that I could play with and would be easy to say (if you're a weeb anyway) and well...usagi had a u, and I really love rabbits. That's it haha!
